Chairman congratulates local resident

Chairman of council councillor Ken Angold-Stephens visited Buckhurst Hill resident Elsie Watts on her 105th birthday on Sunday 11 September 2011.

Councillor Angold-Stephens said: "I was delighted to present Mrs Watts with flowers and a birthday card on behalf of Epping Forest District Council to congratulate her on this magnificent milestone and to wish her a very happy birthday."
