Get Into Badminton 50+

Epping Forest District Council’s Sports and Health Development Team in conjunction with Badminton England are hosting a series of Get Into Badminton sessions for the over 50s.

The first session starts on Thursday 16 September 2010 and runs through to 21 October 2010 at Epping Sports Centre, 25 Hemnall Street, Epping Essex CM16 4LU and the cost is £15.00* for the 6 weeks.

The sessions start at 1pm and for the first hour and a half coaching is available and then for the second hour and a half, participants are able to take part in unsupervised social match play. All the equipment is provided so there is no need to go out and buy a racket. All you need to wear is suitable clothing and footwear to be able to play badminton in.
