The Corporate Plan (also previously known as the Council Plan) is the Council’s key strategic
planning document.
The Corporate Plan does not cover everything that we do or all the services that we provide, but
seeks to focus on those issues that matter most to people, national priorities set by the
Government and local challenges arising from the social, economic and environmental context
of the district.
The Council's new Corporate Plan for 2011/12 to 2014/15 was published in April 2011, and can be downloaded by clicking the image below. The structure of the Corporate Plan is based around the Council’s Medium-Term Aims for 2011/12 to 2014/15, which identify our overarching priorities for the four-year period.

The Corporate Plan sets out service delivery priorities over a four-year period, with strategic themes reflecting those of 'Putting Epping Forest First', the Community Strategy for the Epping Forest District published by the Local Strategic Partnership 'One Epping Forest' in 2010.
Progress against the key objectives for each year of the Corporate Plan is reviewed every six months, and progress reports will be published on the Our Performance pages of this website.
