Peeler's Progress: A history of policing the Epping Forest District from 1840 to 1990

This exhibition, drawn from our extensive police archives collected locally gives an insight into the life and work of police men and women over the years.  From the bicycles and big blue telephone boxes of policing past, to helicoptors and technology of policing today, find out how policing the district has changed and developed over the years.
