MOT testing

Is your annual MOT due? If so you can book your MOT test with Epping Forest District Council. We guarantee impartial testing by our friendly and experienced team.

As well as maintaining the council’s own fleet of vehicles, our expert technicians at the Langston Road depot are also on hand to provide MOTs for cars of all makes. We test vehicle classes IV, V and VII with discounts available to trade.

Open 6 days a week you can drop your car off as early as 8am, handy if you want to catch a train from Debden station, or you could go shopping at Debden Broadway, both a 5 minute walk away.

Opening times

Monday to Thursday - 8am to 5:15pm

Friday - 8am to 5pm

Saturday - 8am to 12 noon

The depot is closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

• Vehicle class IV £49 - trade discount £45
• Vehicle class V £55 - trade discount £51
• Vehicle class VII £55 - trade discount £51

The MOT test will take approximately 1 hour.
