Adopted Supplementary Planning Guidance
These provide detailed guidance to amplify and apply in detail the policies in the Local Plan and Essex Transport Plan. The table below summarises the current Supplementary Planning Guidance that may apply to developments in Epping Forest District. Essex County Council Development Management Policies (2011) (adopted 26/07/11) These new County policies address many Highways issues relating to new development. Click here to view the Development Management Policies (pdf, 4.0MB)
Essex County Council: Revised Vehicle Parking Standards (2009) (adopted 16/02/10) These revied standards were adopted by the Council as statutory planning guidance, with weight akin to a supplementary planning document. Click here to view the updated standards (pdf, 4.8MB).
