Local Plan

The Local Plan sets out the Council's policies for the control of development (which guide most planning decisions), makes proposals for the development and use of land, and allocates land for specific purposes.

The Forward Planning team have recently sent a letter to all Town and Parish Councils regarding Neighbourhood Plans.
