Forward Planning

The Forward Planning team (otherwise known as the Planning Policy team) writes and consults on planning policy, through the Local Plan). These policies are then used by Development Control Officers to decide whether to approve or refuse planning applications.  

The Forward Planning team have recently sent a letter to all Town and Parish Councils regarding Neighbourhood Plans.
