The Directorate of Planning and Economic Development works on behalf of local people to protect, enhance and develop the environment, for now and for the future. We balance the views of neighbours, residents and amenity groups, local businesses, and parish and town councils. Our services cover most aspects of planning in the area, from building an extension on your house to major housing or individual developments.

You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans.
