Tree maintenance

 The council is responsible for maintaining trees on its housing estates. Tree maintenance is dealt with by our Leisure Services on behalf of Housing Services. Request for tree work should be made to the appropriate Area Housing Office.

To report any trees or hedges which are obstructing or posing a danger to the highway or public spaces (not on housing estates) please telephone 01992 564562. Forest trees are the responsibility of the Superintendent of Epping Forest, click here to report problems with forest trees.
