If you live in the Epping Forest district, you may be eligible for FREE or discounted energy efficiency measures through the Herts Essex Energy Partnership (HEEP). Follow this link to get more information on HEEP.

A Thermal Comfort Grant may be available from the Council if you are an owner-occupier and you meet certain qualifying criteria.
