Area Housing Office (South)

Situated at The Broadway in Loughton, the Broadway Housing Office manages all of the Council's properties in the south of the District (Loughton, Chigwell, Chigwell Row and Buckhurst Hill).

The office deals with rent arrears, estate management, breaches of tenancy agreements, neighbour disputes and other general matters relating to housing.
