Food safety in catering course

The Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is an industry recognised course. It is approved by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and presented by environmental health officers.

Course dates

All courses are on Wednesdays from 1:30pm to 5pm, you must attend both afternoons.
1. 4 January and 11 January 2012
2. 14 and 21 March 2012
3. 16 and 23 May 2012
4. 11 and 18 July 20112
5. 19 and 26 September 2012
6. 21 and 28 November 2012

The course fee is £54 per person. This includes 2 afternoon’s tuition, all the course materials, your examination and your certificate. The courses are held at the Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, Essex CM16 4BZ (map to civic offices).

There are only 16 places available on each course so please book early. Your place will be secured as soon as we receive your payment. You must give at least 21 days notice of a cancellation or transfer to a later course date. We can only refund your fees if you have given the 21 days notice.

To make a booking please complete and return the booking form and pre-course questionaire with a cheque made payable to Epping Forest District Council for the full amount.
